Role Description

Full-time Senior Quantity Surveyor.

Key Job Objectives:
• BoQ (Bill of Quantities) production
• Prepare tender and contract documents
• Cost control and cost management
• Feasibility studies
• Evaluate variations and negotiate changes to contracts
• Responsible for projects from inception to final completion
• Conduct value engineering exercises on project costs
• Provide advice on contractual matters and procurement strategies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skill requirements for the position:
• Bachelors Degree in Quantity Surveying and be a registered Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Consulting QS practice
• Proficiency in WinQS and DimX
• Microsoft 365 proficient with a good understanding of Teams, Excel, Word, One Drive, Sharedrive, Outlook
