. Perform constant on-the-job follow-up on training being conducted at the Training Centre to ensure training is relevant and being put into practice at the operation

. Ensure at all times that documentation is aligned and up to standard according to ISO 9001 and all other company policies, procedures and standards

. Ensure implementation of management decisions, legal requirements, and the company standards / policies
