Role Description

This is a full-time role as an Insurance Broker at Self-employed. The Insurance Broker will be responsible for assisting clients in selecting appropriate insurance policies, providing professional advice, and evaluating their insurance needs. This role is located in Durban with flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications
• Prior experience working as an Insurance Broker or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and services
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to understand and assess clients' insurance needs
• An analytical mindset and attention to detail
• Strong negotiation and sales skills
• Hold a valid insurance license (if required by law)
• High level of professionalism and ethical conduct
• Proficient in relevant computer applications
