Purpose of Function

The Product Trainer is responsible for supporting sales in all Product trainings nationally on all the product groups; Anesthesia, Monitoring, Ventilation, Warming Therapy, WPI.

The Product Trainer will provide support to account managers when needed after demonstrations and installations. They will work as a team with the account managers to increase customer support and optimal use of products.

Tasks and Responsibilities
• on training customers on devices by keeping evidence-based techniques and therapies as a guideline to support Dräger solutions
• and share competitive information, understand user sensitivity, and inform sales and marketing
• provide users with the advantage of utilizing applications that ensure the optimal utilization of Dräger products with ease.
• information to the sales force about user habits; needs or recommendations.
