We are seeking an Operations Manager (Food Industry) for a permanent role based in East London, Eastern Cape

Duties & Responsibilities

Applicants are required to meet the following criteria:
• Degree / 5 years’ experience at an Area Coach level and proven relevant performance
• Previous experience in the quick service restaurant industry an advantage
• Good communication skills in English
• Good MS Office ability and valid driver’s license

The successful applicant would be responsible for, but not limited to:
• Contextualizing and implement strategic operational systems according to the vision and mission of the franchisee in the market
• Review and present bench plans to stakeholders
• Maintain operational standards as determined by Franchisor
• Identify / develop candidates for succession planning
• Ensure score card gaps are identified
• Evaluate IR incidents / chair IR meetings and obtain HR input when needed
