The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities

1. รับผิดชอบในการจัดระเบียบการกำหนด การแก้ไข และการเขียนกฎและข้อบังคับด้านทรัพยากรบุคคล จัดระเบียบการดำเนินการและกำกับดูแลหลังจากได้รับอนุมัติ

2. รับผิดชอบในการจัดตั้งและปรับปรุงระบบทรัพยากรบุคคล เช่น การสรรหา การฝึกอบรม กิจกรรมทางวัฒนธรรม ค่าตอบแทน และผลประโยชน์ของบริษัทไทย และส่งเสริมการดำเนินการดังกล่าว

3. รับผิดชอบการประมวลผลลายเซ็นและการประมวลผลใบรับรองต่างๆสำหรับพนักงานประจำประเทศไทย;;

4. รับผิดชอบการประยุกต์ใช้และดำเนินการระบบการจัดการต่างๆ ของสำนักงานใหญ่ในประเทศไทย การบูรณาการทางวัฒนธรรม และการสร้างระบบการจัดการทรัพยากรมนุษย์ในท้องถิ่น
