QUALIFICATIONS:

·Must
be Male

·Bachelor’s
degree in Agriculture, Animal Science or equivalent

·With at least three (3) solid years experienced in management, welfare
and care of CATTLE is REQUIRED. (No
experience, no need to apply)

·Knowledgeable
in cattle breeding

·Knowledgeable
in farming operations

·Knowledgeable
with various types of farm equipment

·Must
be willing to relocate in Mindoro

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·Provide
over-all general support in animal care such as but not limited to milking,
feeding, breeding, manure handling, health care, record keeping and general
farm work.

·Train
subordinates in practical dairy management techniques.

·Ensure
cleanliness of the equipment and facilities.

·Maintain
the current hay production operation with a plan for increasing this as the
herd size increases.

·Responsible
in maintaining and expansion of the current herd.
