Job Responsibility
• â Ensure entire outlet smooth operation and according SOP.
• Practise tip-top customer service.
• â Achieve sales target.
• Keep the outlet at tip-top clean and hygiene conditions.
• Tight control management on alcohol products movement.

Job Requirements
• Minimum 3 years experience in similar position.
• Knowledge and abilities in leading and training a team.
• â Computer MS Office - Excel knowledge.
• â Strong in Mandarin communication and English.
• All alcohol products knowledge - beer, liquor, wine, sate, cocktails.
• â Non-alcohol drinking and preferably non-smoking.
• Live Band arrangement knowledge is added advantage.
