• Build & Maintain good relationship with existing & potential customer.
• Attend to customer's enquiries, address customer concerns and complaint efficiently.
• Assist in sending service appointment reminders for customers who are due for service their Proton cars.
• Track and monitor customer relations initiatives to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Job Requirement :
• Possess Minimum SPM / Diploma in Mass Communication, Marketing or equivalent.
• Willing to learn, Pleasant Personality and able to work independently.
• Customer service oriented and good customer handling skills
• Good Communication skill, Public Relation and Customer Relationship Management. More Detail
