We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join an established automotive company as a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director (MD). In this role, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the MD's office and become a trusted confidante.

What You'll Do
• Manage the MD's calendar, scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support, including handling daily correspondence and reports.
• Maintain a professional and organized work environment for the MD.
• Oversee petty cash and expense management for the MD.
• Bridge communication between the MD and staff, suppliers, and customers.
• Coordinate and organize company CSR activities as per MD's direction.
• Manage staff allowances and petty cash distribution.
• Assist HR with special events, conveying the MD's vision and expectations.
