Job Title: Bulk Consumer and Awareness - Field Specialist (100% field work)

Total Years of experience: 1 to 4 Years

Location: Varanasi

Purpose of the Role: To collect targeted tonnage of e-waste through bulk consumers while developing and strengthening Karo Sambhav’s presence through awareness activities at the assigned location.

Key Responsibilities Areas:

• Pre-work to develop a bulk consumer network in the city

• Preparing a strong, verified database,

• Mapping the market.

• Generating the leads.

• Reaching out via online and offline mediums to build relationships with local Govt bodies, industry and resident associations, local NGOs, Schools, colleges, etc.

• Achieving the e-waste collection targets assigned on a month-to-month basis.

• Achieving awareness targets on a month-to-month basis.

• Onboarding big corporates to Karo Sambhav’s Bulk Consumer program.
