Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Front Office Agent at Snooze Hostel Indonesia in Malang. As a Front Office Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, handling reservations, check-ins, and check-outs, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for our guests.

Qualifications
• Prior experience in a customer service role
