Main Purpose of Job

As a key member of the Finance Team, responsible for weekly financial information, regular P&L forecasting, business partnering the Operations function and support to the Head of Finance across the site activities. Provide key financial information for internal and external communication as required.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Reporting - To ensure that there is clear and accurate financial performance reporting in place each week, with supporting sales and operational information. Provide summaries of week, period to date and period end estimated performance. Ensure that key business issues are flagged and that there are corrective action plans in place to drive and deliver the business performance required. Provide inputs to monthly financial pack including sales and operational analysis.
