Job summary

The range of assigned tasks will be carried out with the highest standard and in accordance with NMC Code of Conduct to support and enable registered nursing staff to provide patient care, which reflects the quality standards and mission of the Health Board.

Support the delivery of a comprehensive nursing service including Palliative Care. To contribute to the provision of health care to the people of the Aneurin Bevan University Health Board catchment area by assessing, planning and implementing care for a defined group ofpatients. To provide advice and record details of all necessary interactions.
