Customer Experience Manager A key position at the heart of the business championing, improving and policing the customer experience throughout the organization via engagement with all departments to ensure every customer and every order is given an exceptional experience and deliveredto our standard lead times. Working with the Customer Services team to lead the overall strategy for customer experience, developing a customer centric culture across the business, driving customer loyalty and ultimately delivering on our brand promise of "Safety.
