They are seeking a qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer for their team and can offer the following:- Remote Working (with 1 office day every 2 weeks)- Salary to £45,000- Admin support in place- Local practiceThe role will see you manage a caseload of circa 100 - 120 files with a mix of freehold & leasehold transactions for sales & purchase, right to buy, new build, transfer of equity, shared ownership and equity release matters. Work will range from low to high value, so prior experience of dealing with complex transactions will be beneficial.Ideally you will have gained at minimum of 1 - 2 years' as a qualified conveyancer and have the ability to run your own unsupervised caseload.
