Overview:
Specialist Networks Operations (SNO) is a company specializing in the management of large-scale fibre optic networks. Originally focused on network infrastructure, SNO is expanding into providing full-range IT services for small-medium sized businesses (SMEs).

Their emphasis is on cloud-based solutions using Microsoft products (M365, Azure) and they also offer network infrastructure design, build, and maintenance. SNO has a team in both the UK and US dedicated to smooth network operations and high availability for

Cloud Network Specialist - Level 3 Apprenticeship.
Duties and responsibilities:
Developing, testing, and deploying new IT solutions for SNO and its customers.
Acting as second/third line support to the Network Operations Centre NOC).
Providing out of hours support to the NOC, on a rota basis.
