Below sets out the basis of the maintenance jobs for Little Foxes Ltd. This list is not exhausted and will change with the needs of the business. Working Hours 40 per week £12 per hour Availability across 7 days between the hours of 7am-7pm. Weekends will need to be worked throughout the year The main tasks to be completed Jet washing of all play areas, public areas and walkways Care and maintenance of the buildings and their grounds Maintaining electrical equipment for example changing light bulbs and PAT testing Removal of waste Improving and building equipment in line with the needs of the business Maintaining sand pits filling, emptying, making covers Maintaining the drainage systems Opening the nursery outside of operating times for tradesmen specifically weekends and working Painting and decorating Tiling Salary : £12.00 per hour Benefits : Childcare Company events Schedule: Weekend availability Experience : Maintenance: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: On the road More Detail
