Pay rate: £41,400 per year, if qualified (based on a pay rate of £14.00 per hour and undertaking 8 sleeps per month) Opportunities to pick up overtime at enhanced rate.

Hours: 173 hours per month - the most common shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep in’s (shifts may vary). Rotas given in advance. We are a 365 day a year service due to the nature of our work.

Essential requirements: Level 3/4 in Residential Childcare qualification and experience of working in Children’s Residential Care. Full UK driving licence. The right to work in the UK. Due to industry regulations, applicants must be over 21.
