About the Role:

As a Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in our kitchen team, working alongside our executive chef to deliver exceptional fine-dining experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:
• Preparing high-quality dishes to a meticulous standard, following set recipes and plating techniques.
• Maintaining a clean and organised workstation, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
• Assisting senior chefs with menu development and preparation.
• Participating in stock rotation and ordering procedures.
• Contributing to a positive and professional working environment.
