The Customer Care Representative is the main link between our customers and the KDC production site.

He receives customer requests, ensures that they comply with the contractual agreement, and enters them into our ERP system. Through calls and meetings, the Customer Care Representative develops a solid business relationship with our customers, based on trust and mutual respect. He communicates with customers on the status of orders or shipments, and strives to improve communication and service levels.
