Job Description:

On behalf of our client, Affinity is looking for a QA/Tester with experience testing web based applications, both manual and automated.

Responsibilities:

• Using test scenarios, write code to test if the code behaves as expected using multiple variables

• Developing multiple variables for tests (e.g., enter correct credentials, enter incorrect credentials, etc.

• Utilize the test scenarios already written and develop/code the test scripts using Cypress

• Liaise with the developer and QA resources

• Execute/run the automated test scripts so the QA team can compare the results against the QA team's written expected results

• Attend regular team meetings

• Make changes to the test scripts as required

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience testing web based applications, both manual and automated

• 2+ years testing financial/accounting systems

• Hands on experience with Cypress

• Ideally, a government administration background
