● Finding resumes and detecting relevant keywords in the same as per the company’s current requirement.

● Need to have an amiable behavior.

● Screening applicants and resumes to check their competency and eligibility per the company’s requirements.

● If an influx of applicants is the scenario, then plan and conduct interviews based on their relevant skills for the post and personality.

● Contacting the candidates.

● Scrutinize and check the credibility of the applicant.

● Completing the necessary documentation to fill the post.

● Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process.

● Closing the position and performing necessary follow-up.

● Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
