Job Description
• Ensure 100% order entry accuracy.
• Ensure 100% timely accurate internal and external coordination to meet our customers’100% on time delivery expectation.
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in timely and professional way.
• Ensure order processing procedures are always correctly and timely updated and executed.
• Management Freight & Logistics handling.
• Sourcing Outbound Forwarder.
• Cost analysis for quoting programs, including freight and domestics transportation.
• Optimal Logistics design.
• Monitoring shipment.
• Logistics related facilitation.
• Other jobs assignment from supervisor.

Qualification
• College or University degree major in Business Administration, Supply chain or relevant.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent communication skills, professional phone etiquette.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in customer service or Production scheduling, Import – Export, Forwarder and Customs broker sourcing.
