Job Description / Responsibility
• Conducting Risk Analysis, QA & production meeting;
• Collecting all relevant documents & test report for PPM, conducting and making PPM;
• Ensure all SOP are implemented and maintaining according to customer manual;
• Proactively raise style specific call outs during line review;
• Ensure all style alert CAP are implemented and pilot run product review properly;
• Ensure all concern points are corrected & 100% Key POM are maintaining;
• Ensure to maintain overall quality level (OQL) & create defects reduction plan based on OQL and top 3 defects/ daily/weekly/monthly;
• Campaigning the production and quality team for practicing the first-time right work;
• Collecting all relevant document and test report for FRI & review In-house and external all test reports;
• Checking Fusing test report /SPC/Pinch setting/Data sheet/pull test/TTF etc.;
• Problem Solving and discuss quality development with production & QA team;
• GSM/oz checking report;
