Job Description / Responsibility

Job Context:
• Operation Manager is responsible for comprehensive operation of the plant and guiding Shift in Charges for the operation of all plant equipment in a safe, reliable and efficient manner following industry standards, environmental compliance, original equipment manufacturers recommendations and operating procedures to ensure operation of all equipment in a manner that will achieve the optimum plant availability, reliability, and improve plant efficiency without compromising personnel and equipment safety.
• Operation Manager shall report the daily plant operational condition as well as operation consumables information to CTO / Plant Manager and coordinate and cooperate among the relevant parties such as Maintenance Manager, Engineering Manager, HSE department, Inventory department with any required task.
