1. Monitor and keep track of the staff attendance and off-day records every week due to various work shifts & flexible off days. (system)
2. Calculate & adding the off-day balance for all staff at every month's end. (system)
3. Prepare the report to HQ ie; attendance, leave, off day, OT, service point and manpower headcount for salary purposes. Submission every 20th, month end and 7th (system & excel files)
4. Liaising with local authorities (TDA, KKM) and also Immigration & JTK if needed.
5. Prepare the job application form & other related documents for new employees.
6. Prepare the resignation form& other documents for the resigned employee together with the calculation last working day and back pay if any.
7. Employee relation - Arranging the staff's birthday, best employee and other employee welfare. Also draff letter on disciplinary action by following the company policy and employment Act
