About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Marketing & Communications team as a Community Manager. Reporting to the Marketing & Communication General Manager, you will play a crucial role as the 2nd spokesperson for all Mazda communities, crafting responses to customer feedback, and contributing to the premium image of the brand.

- Highly passionate about Mazda knowledge, including the product, brand, and philosophy.

- Premium or high-class networking skills.

- Expert in communication, specializing in handling premium customers.

- Expert in adaptability on every occasion.

- Problem-solving for customer complaints is a must.

Main Responsibilities:

- Develop new initiatives for the "Official" Mazda Community.

- Create a new initiative for the Community Event Calendar.
