The Senior Officer of Waste Collection for Project STOP will be based in Banyuwangi and report directly to WO Workstream Lead. He/she manages a (few) technical assistant(s) to support his core tasks, namely the design, preparation, roll-out, operation, and handover of the municipal solid waste collection service. Additionally, this role is responsible for coordination with GOV and BCC workstreams during the preparation and the roll out of waste services considering the close interlink and intense collaboration across workstreams during that period.

The scope of work can be categorized into five parts:
• Managerial
• Assign, monitor, and supervise technical assistant(s) to ensure efficient implementation of their duties in line with project goals
• Assist the WO Lead to carry out internal team coordination regularly
