Position: Applications Manager

Department: Billing and IS: Technical

Reports To: Head Billing and Information Systems

Main Purpose:

To manage and maintain the organization's portfolio of applications, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives and strategies, and meet the needs of end-users. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, product management, and business stakeholders, to ensure applications are properly maintained, supported, and upgraded as needed.

Major Tasks:
• Manages the entire lifecycle of applications, from implementation and maintenance to upgrades and sunsetting.
• Works with cross-functional teams to identify application requirements and prioritize maintenance and support activities.
