JOB SUMMARY

A Project Manager will oversee our residential construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential construction, with a proven ability to coordinate teams, manage resources, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

JOB DESCRIPTION
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to determine project specifications and requirements for residential construction projects.
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers to secure profitable agreements while maintaining project quality and budget constraints.
• Obtain permits and licenses from relevant authorities to ensure compliance with local regulations and zoning requirements.
• Determine resource requirements (manpower, equipment, materials) for each phase of the project, ensuring efficient utilization and adherence to budgetary limitations.
