What We Do

▼Job Responsibilities
You will be engaged mainly in the following duties at one of our company-operated restaurants, such as "Fukushima Wataru" and "Tsukiakari".

・Preparing food and serving food
・Cooking in the kitchen
・Directing and supervising staff during business hours
・Sales management and strategy planning
・Staff recruitment and training, etc.

There are two types of employment
・Full-time employees - In principle, transferable to different shops, with bonus.
・Semi-employees - No shop transfers (You may need to work in other shops occasionally), no bonuses.

▼Salary
Full-time employee / Monthly 277,200 yen～
Semi-employee / Monthly 179,200 yen～

※To be determined based on experience, age, and previous employment.
※Late night allowance of 84.2 hours and overtime work of 45 hours are included in the salary.
