Right now we want to expand our Marketing Department, with new marketing experts in Marbella, who plays a vital role in IDB by promoting, coordinating and producing all materials representing the core business of the company. Marketing in IDB is involved in all creative assignments and plays a big role in the production process where they work closely with the Design and Media Buyer Team.

Job Responsibilities:

Overseeing the development of campaigns and portfolio retention

Conducting market research

Analyzing the performance of high-level campaigns and devising long-term strategic plans

Incorporating and managing both external and internal reports to enhance campaign effectiveness

Coordinating internally with other departments

Establishing relationships with new partners/aggregators

Proposing innovations for new projects

Requirements:

No prior experience required

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or related fields
