1. Organize and control the financial activities

Financial transactions recording : Ensures all financial transactions activities related to accounts receivable, accounts payables are checked and recorded on timely manner.

Ensure 3 way match principle for invoice booking.

Internal control: Develops and implement procedures and system of internal controls in the areas of: financial, treasury, tax matters . Ensure all transactions follows Chart of authorizations.

Financial and Costing reports and budgeting : Prepare and report monthly actuals, Quarterly estimates, Annual budget financials on timely basis. Prepare and report costing data to management team.

Accounting systems and tools: Ensure all transactions are handled through SAP, no exceptions. Check reports in CFIN and SAP-Business warehouse.

2. Management representative with external parties in financial and tax matters
