POSITION: Conveyancing Typist (Bonds)

LOCATION: Pretoria

TYPE: Permanent

SALARY: Market related

JOB PURPOSE:

The ideal candidate must be goal orientated and driven to maximise profit margins for the company through procurement processes. The candidate must have strong communicational skills and must be able to work under pressure to achieve company targets and deadlines. An entrepreneurial flair to think out the BOX will be beneficial.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Gr 12 / matric
• At least 5-10 years conveyancing (transfer & bond registration) experience.
• Mid-Senior Conveyancing Typist
• Experience with bond registrations, E4, LexisNexis and others similar to Ghostpractice, Lexpro, MyAttorney, and Easysell will be an advantage
• Bond experience with ABSA & Standard Bank, other banks will be an advantage
• Well-spoken in English and Afrikaans
• Good communication skills
• Strong administrative abilities
• Must perform well in a group structure
