Position: Processing (Production) Manager
Location: Germiston

Hire Resolve's client, leading plastic manufacturer, is looking for a dynamic Process Manager to join the team.

Responsibilities :
• Drive operational excellence in equipment usage, housekeeping, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Oversee high-productivity processes & perform preventative/corrective maintenance
• Lead technical improvements in machine optimization, maintenance systems, and cost-saving ideas
• Implement company policies, troubleshoot moulding issues, and mentor employees
• Liaise with toolroom for mould/machine requirements

Requirements
• 10+ years' experience in plastic manufacturing & injection machine setup
• Tertiary qualification required
• Strong analytical & communication skills (all levels)
• Well-organized, disciplined thinker with exceptional work ethic
• Strong interpersonal skills & fluency in English (written & spoken)
