Background

The Programme Associate reports to the National Project Officer, NP2, and provides overall support and assistance in implementation of the cross-dimensional projects for all programmes and projects within the Office of the Head of Mission (HoM) in conformity with the Mandate of the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Uzbekistan (PCUz).

The incumbent also performs a co-ordination role for projects across the entire PCUz, including tracking and monitoring documentation of project proposals and reports, and follows up to ensure that analysis is completed and recorded upon completion of all PCUz projects. This includes assistance in programme and project development, assessment and management, implementation of activities in support of OSCE Chairmanship priorities, OSCE Ministerial and Permanent Council decisions, conducting research on subject matters for developing new projects, assistance in identification and negotiation with the national and international stakeholders...
