• completed 2 years of college education without back subjects OR Senior High School (SHS) graduate
• 12 months of BPO work experience
• Must have experience in a healthcare account
• must be residing in Dumaguete with good internet connectivity
• willing to work on shifts, weekends, holidays, and extended working hours
• effective oral / written English communication skills.
