Role Overview:

As a Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a shared service team and managing payroll operations for clients in both Singapore and Malaysia. This role requires a deep understanding of payroll processes in both countries, as well as proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting. Additionally, fluency in Mandarin is essential for effective communication with Chinese clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage a team of 5 payroll professionals to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for clients.
• Oversee payroll operations for clients in Singapore and Malaysia, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and legislation.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing any payroll-related inquiries or issues in a timely manner.
