Key Responsibilities:
• Enrolment
• Actively engage with prospective students through various communication channels (phone, email, in-person) to inform and persuade them about the benefits of enrolling in our programs.
• Provide comprehensive information on courses, admission requirements, and enrollment procedures to prospective students and their families.
• Organize and participate in recruitment events, open houses, and informational sessions to promote our institution and its programs.
• Reception and Administrative Support:
• Serve as the first point of contact for our office, offering a warm welcome to visitors and efficiently addressing their inquiries.
• Manage front desk duties, including answering phones, directing calls, and handling mail and deliveries with professionalism and courtesy.
