Vet Sepcialists Scotland is planned to be the leading multi-disciplinary specialist veterinary centre for small animals in Scotland. VSS is committed to excellence in all activities and as such is a key business within the Linnaeus Group.

Line managing the Client Care Team Lead and reporting to the Operations Manager, the Accounts Manager will also be responsible for the management of the client services accounts, ensuring all client accounts are well managed, debt is controlled, and effective governance is maintained within the Linnaeus guidelines.

Main Purpose & Goals
• Oversee all accounts administration processes to ensure smooth functioning of account and debt management, including insurance claims and payment plans.
