Sales Assistant - part-time Duties and Responsibilities : Communicate in a friendly way with customers and colleagues. Provide first class customer service, which may include lifting 20kg into the customers vehicle. Process sales, card and cash payments as necessary. Work with good attention to detail. To be able to work on your own initiative and/or as part of a team. Represent the ‘face’ of the business. Show a willingness to gain new skills and knowledge. Follow any company protocols as required. Ensure the cleanliness of the department (stock and fixtures) is maintained Replenish stock as required, could involve pallet truck operation. Merchandising stock as required. Personal Requirements and Experience. Previous experience would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.
