An excellent opportunity for an experienced HRIS Business Analyst to support the delivery of a Dayforce People & payroll implementation across the organisation.

This role will be on a 1-year fixed-term contract basis.

You will be part of a team delivering this strategic project, there is a requirement for someone with an open mind and the ability to recognise when flexibility is required, especially if it means the outcome is better or greater than sticking rigidly to the process.

The role:
• You will be the custodian of accurate and up to date project impacting PEOPLE processes and build the workflow and process mapping.
• You will be responsible for documenting the As it Is processes across the organisation and map it against the Day force methodology where applicable and the rationalised To be Processes within the People environment – supporting the gathering of information from the various functional People leads.
