Our client is recruiting a Head Chef for their country dining pub restaurant near Alresford & Winchester. They are looking for Chef with experience of working with all fresh food to ideally rosette standards. The pub serves a modern seasonal menu and is popular in the local area as well as with tourists. This is an excellent opportunity for a Sous on promotion and you will be supported by the owners.

The Role
• Working closely with the Owners
• Producing Fresh Cooked Food
• Manage the kitchen and achieve GP targets

The Person
• Already working as a Head or Sous Chef
• Excellent Communicator & People person
• Experience of Fresh Food kitchen
• Good Kitchen manager and able to work on own when required
