For one of our clients of the pharmaceutical industry, we are currently seeking a Capex Project Coordinator for a long term mission; acting as the central point in the project coordination:

Responsibilities
• Facilitate and manage the "Project cockpit" activities
• Collaborate with project leads and core teams
• Consolidate documentation to deliver an integrated project reporting system
• Data collection: prepare reporting and correspondence - orchestrating flow of information, keeping key indicators and registers up-to-date, ensure visibility on short-term activities
• Ensure the scheduling follow-up of critical due actions and facilitate timely resolutions of critical issues
• Prepare key project meeting and MoM for follow-up

Qualifications
• Proven experience in a similar role; minimum 5 years' experience in project management
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience and ease in interactions with all members/stakeholders (1:1 and organizations)
