Responsible to the Manager, Community Services. Works within the Hospital, Prince Rupert and surrounding Communities; and is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating the provision of Diabetes Education for inpatients/outpatients and their family members. The responsibilities are carried out in accordance with written standards, protocols, agency expectations and the goals for professional Nursing Practice.

Shift Rotation/Hours of work: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. Friday, Days, 08:30 to 16:30

New Wage: As of April 1, 2024 the new wage is: $49.20 - $67.08/hour
