Functieomschrijving As a CAR-T Operations Expert, you will be part of the team responsible for the development of CAR-T products for clinical and commercial applications in a controlled clean room environment (GMP).

You will lead and execute multiple units within CAR-T process operations following standard operating procedures and ensure safe and compliant operations according to GMP requirements.

You will work in a team-based and multi-functional environment to perform production tasks required on schedule to drive continuous improvement of operations by using your own observation and input from junior team members.
