Team and Role Introduction

Business Solutions Manager directly report to the Head of FFM Commercial (FBL/MCL)

Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Understand and anticipate customer needs, incorporating this insight into the development of sustainable solution designs.
• Develop comprehensive designs for solutions, encompassing service scope, operational framework, resource allocation, cost estimates, pricing recommendations, client value assessment, and Profits & Loss analysis.
• Design warehouse processes, optimizing key activities such as receiving, inventory placement, order picking, packing, and dispatching to enhance productivity.
• Apply project management methodologies to oversee the entire product development lifecycle, encompassing planning, execution, monitoring, and control phases.
