Key Responsibilities:
• in monitoring, revising, and developing HR policy to comply with related labor legislation and HR procedures for Thailand and overseas.
• the contact person to communicate and work with internal team and third parties in relation to HR policies and compensation and benefits matters.
• and create communication packs such as posters, announcements, and video clips related to HR policies and HR system.
• advice on labor law and company regulations to all department managers, expatriates, and all concerned employees.
• update, and provide guidance on organizational structure design, manpower planning to department managers.
