Main Responsibilities
• Production

o Cooperate with Technical team to ensure existing formulation are optimize to increase efficiency and reduce operation cost.

o Ensure consistent operating practices

o Be proficient in structured problem solving practices to drive root cause investigations for manufacturing related issues both internally and in the field
• Supervise processes in detail and prepare the implementation plans to ensure the qualities are met.
• They have to implement the transition of new technology to make sure production continues successfully without any hassles.
• Improve the present manufacturing or production processes to boost productivity, quality, and profitability for a company,.
• Resolve day- to- day technical problem on the production line and ensure no issues from the designed production processes.
• Ensure and support to safety system in PPG.
